The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in user-centric design, AI integration, and proficiency in various graphic design tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Envision and produce intuitive, engaging, and consistently brand-aligned web interfaces.
2. Continuously enhance and optimize user interfaces and experiences on our website.
3. Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to develop user-friendly content and design concepts across digital platforms.
4. Generate top-tier UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
5. Design various UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
6. Originate clear ideas, concepts, and comprehensive designs for creative assets, overseeing the entire creative process.
7. Stay abreast of industry advancements and utilize tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and AI design prompts in the design process.
8. Create compelling motion graphics for various video deliverables, including websites and marketing demonstrations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a UI/UX Designer or comparable role.
2. Showcase a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both graphical and interactive design.
3. Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and content management systems.
4. Proficient in design tools like Figma or equivalent.
5. Experience incorporating AI prompts into the design workflow.
6. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, current web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
7. Ability to articulate design decisions and processes clearly.
