Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement equitable HR policies, fostering a transparent work environment and ensuring employee comprehension and adherence.
- Address and manage employee grievances in a timely and effective manner, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Execute performance review processes, including but not limited to quarterly, annual, and 360° evaluations, to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Executive or in a comparable role within the IT industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with a focus on data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other software tools relevant to HR functions.
